Job Synopsis: You will be tasked with starting and growing a brand-new ecommerce business operationally from scratch with our guidance. As a Country Operations Manager, you’ll embody the entrepreneurial spirit, overseeing operations and making impactful decisions that drive growth and success.

Here’s what you can expect: You will be working closely with your mentor (the founder) to learn how to drive business directions with tactical strategies. 

Both Fresh Graduates and Professionals are welcome! Working hours are flexible.

  1. Strategic Decision-Making: Making critical decisions that directly impact the growth and success of the company. 

  2. Operational Leadership: How to optimize and maximize operations functions to scale revenue from $0 to minimum 7-8 figures within a year

Requirements

  • Degree Holder (Recommended but not required, write in to apply)
  • Self-learner, ambitious, good attitude, excited by challenges
  • Passionate about business, strategy & personal-growth
  • Passionate about marketing/business or interested to learn
  • Prefer supply chain / logistics experienced
  • Generally Bright individuals!

     

Other details

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible Working Hours)
  • Location: Vertex Building (UBI)
  • Remuneration: Basic Salary from SGD 5k onwards + Business Profit Sharing Incentives
