Website Designer / Graphic Designer

Job Synopsis: Our website designers work in small, autonomous, tight-knit marketing teams. Each team handles 2-4 websites.

The website designer is responsible for creating, improving and managing the websites that the marketing team oversees!

You will also design collaterals for our social media posts, our online ads, etc.!

The job will be extremely dynamic, it will delve a lot into marketing. Learning is Guaranteed! Plus the hours are some of the best in Singapore 😉 

1. How to design and manage websites
2. How to create designs that generate a lot of revenue
3. How to create a brand that scales its revenue from $0 7-8 figures within a year
4. Proprietary ecommerce & marketing techniques that we have used to create 20+ brands in less than 2 years

Our website designers work in small, autonomous, tight-knit marketing teams. Each team handles 2-4 websites.

The website designer is responsible for creating, improving and managing the websites that the marketing team oversees!

No coding is needed for this position. Just Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is enough – we’ll teach you the rest 😉

You will either be work on a brand-new website or help to improve existing websites. Our goal is to disrupt every industry we go into and take over!

On top of working on websites (the user experience, the colour scheme, the copy-writing, etc.) you will also help to support your marketing team by designing other collaterals they might need! For online ads, the retail store, etc.

You will be generating and suggesting design ideas,

And will work together with your colleagues and mentor to make amazing brands, that scale to 7-8 figures within just 6 months.

Requirements

• Diploma minimum
• High Proficiency at Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Great command of the english language
• Interested in Branding & Digital Marketing
• Willingness and eagerness to pick up and learn new skills!
• Someone who loves to take on challenges and taking ownership of tasks (High autonomy is given)
• Self-learner, ambitious, good attitude, excited by challenges
• Passionate about marketing/business or interested to learn
• Able to meet deadlines without much supervision: We do not micromanage 😉

Salary

• Base Salary of 2.8-3.5k will be provided (negotiable)
• Unique Profit Share Incentive for the businesses you work on

Other details

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
• Location: Vertex Building (UBI)
